DIY Flower Buckets
At Keeper’s Hedge we want you to have it all! The perfect flowers for your wedding, bridal events, baby shower, birthday party you name it we have a budget friendly floral plan for you.
Our organic, seasonal, locally grown flowers and foliage can be ordered for your event in bulk. With the bulk order you pick up the buckets from the farm and take them to your event to design yourself. This gives you the flexibility of quantity, price and design. With the bulk order option you tell us about your event, color palette and budget and we will put an estimate together.
Transparent pricing! All floral bulk bucket orders have a $600 minimum.

The Process:
Please contact us at least 6 weeks before your event
1. Review the order form.
2. Submit the order form.
3. Review the estimate. Based on the information in your order form we will put together an estimate and contract to review and answer any questions or make changes.
4. Sign Contract and make deposit. Once you approve the estimate we will finalize a contract and ask you make a $300 deposit that will be applied to your final balance.
5. Touching base! 2 weeks prior to your event we will reach out to you and make a plan for pick up.
6. Pay final balance. 10 days prior to your event final payment is due via cash/check/venmo/square.
7. Flower pick up! Today is the day you pick up your flowers! Your flowers will be in buckets filled with special transport water. Once at your destination, store the flowers in a cool shaded/dark space until you are ready to arrange them adding more water to the buckets as needed.
